Just had a very mixed experience at St Cloud Toyota. I attempted to trade in a newer Toyota Camry for a older higher mileage Toyota Avalon. My sales rep Tony was amazing at his customer service skills however the “boys in the glass aquarium tank” take forever! Then they offered me less than half of the Kelley blue book trade-in value because I had a branded title. It was disappointing how long it took to just talk numbers and then to have a punch in the gut of valuing my car less than half was highly frustrating. I appreciate many of the people that work at St Cloud Toyota however, the inability for “the boys in the bubble” to do a deal tonight makes me not want to come back again .

Shopping for new vehicles is a lot different than it was years ago. Having a sales team that is clearly knowledgeable about the technology and features …as well as slight changes in a product from year to year is important especially when costs on vehicles are as high as they become . Perhaps the most attractive characteristic in a sales team is being LOW PRESSURE. Nothing makes me leave a dealership faster than feeling pressured to buy something I’m not In love with . Trevor and Mitch at St. Cloud Toyota were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Trevor literally handed me key after key for vehicles to compare without hesitation. He answered all my questions even when I repeated questions he continued to give me straight clear answers . When I found the perfect truck for me , Mitch in the finance department took the time to clearly explain all the different options from financing to discounts to extended warranties . Not once did I feel pressured . Absolutely amazing buying experience with them !

Just leased a 2024 hybrid and was extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. Nate walked me through my trade in options and helped me get the maximum equity out of my previous lease. Rob showed me my new vehicle options, took me on 2 different test drives, went over all the new features, and made several helpful suggestions. Don't get an oil change done here . They put the oil nut on way too tight just did a oil change again from December and I had to work at it . To st.cloud Toyota they should only be hand snug . No excuses

I had my Rav 4 in today for a cabin filter. Also, my low tire pressure light was checked out adjusted. By the time I went 1 mile the low tire light went back on. The tech said the light didn,t go on in the shop when they tested it Iafter adjustments.I was hoping that it was corrected.

If you absolutely have to have a Toyota, skip the St.Cloud location. They absolutely take the money and run. Trying to cancel unwanted extras that's cost thousands of dollars is like pulling teeth. Nate and Mitch don't follow through but put on a good show like they will.

Well the salesman was friendly, but there service team must not go through the vehicles very well, it's been 12 days and there is a howling in the back, either a wheel bearing or transfer case. They laughed when I said the exhaust had a leak saying it was just Ice melting and evaporating, well when I put it on the lift it's definitely leaking I can feel the exhaust escaping through the connection. Hopefully my b2b warranty will fix that although it States exhaust is excluded. They said they would come down 500 off the price, but when signing the contract i noticed they didn't and when I asked them why they didn't they laughed and said it wouldn't make a difference on my payment, that's not the point. So be careful, I didn't wanna argue cause we had been there for 5 hrs and had 3 kids under 6 going crazy. They stuck me with around 600 in extra dealership fees that I didn't find till I read through the contract with time on my own. Go through your paperwork with a fine tooth comb before u sign is all I can say.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Saint Cloud Toyota. While I regret and take full responsibility for using inappropriate language with a service technician during my initial call, what followed was deeply concerning. Within an hour of my interaction, my phone was flooded with unsolicited healthcare insurance calls - over 100 of them. The timing (starting at 12:54 PM, just 41 minutes after my 12:13 PM dealership call) strongly suggests my personal information was misused. When I raised this issue, both a staff member and the service manager (Lori) dismissed my concerns and suggested I must have clicked suspicious links or given out my information to a scammer - despite the precise timing correlation. They also provided incorrect information about Nissan key fob services, insisting only Nissan dealers could help with my inoperable vehicle, when numerous authorized locksmiths and mobile key services partner with Nissan for exactly this service. While I am prepared to apologize for my initial conduct, the apparent misuse of customer information from your database and the subsequent denial of responsibility are serious issues that merit attention from senior management. I hope the dealership will investigate this matter and implement better safeguards for customer data protection.
